  • Bug Reports: Users can report issues they encounter while using the platform, helping to identify and resolve problems.
  • Announcements: Users can submit important notices, ideas, or suggestions that don’t fit into feature requests or bug reports.
  • Upvote & Downvote System: Users can support feedback by upvoting suggestions they agree with or downvoting irrelevant ones.
  • Status Tracking: Each feedback submission has a status that helps users track its progress:
    • Pending: Newly submitted feedback waiting for review.
    • Acknowledged: The team has seen and considered the feedback.
    • In-Progress: Work has begun on implementing the request or fixing the bug.
    • Completed: The feature request or bug fix has been implemented.
    • Rejected: The feedback was reviewed but will not be implemented.
  • Image Upload: Users can attach images to better illustrate their feedback (e.g., screenshots of bugs).
  • Timestamped Submissions: Each feedback entry records submission time, allowing for tracking and prioritization.

How to Submit Feedback

Submitting feedback is simple and can be done in a few steps:

  1. Navigate to the Feedback section in the application.
  2. Click on Submit New Feedback.
  3. Enter a title that summarizes the feedback.
  4. Provide a detailed description of the feature request, bug, or announcement.
  5. Select the appropriate feedback type (Bug, Feature, or Announcement).
  6. (Optional) Attach an image to support the feedback.
  7. Click Submit, and the feedback will be added to the system.
